Today's blog is an absolute beaut! If you follow me on Instagram you will know this wedding well, I can't stop posting it! It was super colourful, fun and non traditional. I loved it! Also being in one of my fave cities, Liverpool! Having family in the Wirral means I get to be a Liverpool wedding photographer too!

Natasha got in touch on Instagram, finding me through my Tying The Nott online listing. She was looking for a Liverpool wedding photographer with a colourful and fun wedding photography style and I totally get why!
Natasha and Chris created the most colourful, fun and laid back wedding ever! The wedding was split over two days to accommodate Natasha's son. Weddings are over way to quickly, having a two day wedding means you get to celebrate for longer!
Natasha and Chris did the legal part in a registry office in Liverpool, that just so happened to be St Georges Hall! That's right, have you seen a more beautiful registry office?!? Natasha rocked up with the most colourful bridal squad I have ever seen! I loved it!
A DIY Liverpool bride doing it her way!
Not following any traditions, Natasha didn't opt for a flower bouquet, oh no, she had balloons! YAY! This was so fun to capture... although balloons and the windiest day I have ever seen in Liverpool was a challenge! Natasha created the most colourful entrance to her wedding, multicolour jump-suits for bridesmaids are a win from me! This little Liverpool wedding photographer loves photographing you have your wedding, your way!
The giggly ceremony in St George’s Hall, Liverpool
Chris and Natasha's ceremony was so fun! Registry office ceremonies do tend to be very similar, but Chris and Natasha created such a personal ceremony! Chris and Natasha added so much of their personality into their wedding ceremony at St Georges Hall, which is something I encourage everyone to do!
The most colourful confetti EVER!
These beauts had an epic confetti exit from St Georges Hall. Multicolour, eco friendly paper confetti is my fave! All the pops of colour surrounding the happy couple as they walk into married life, YASS!!! Anyone who knows this Liverpool wedding photographer knows how much I love confetti! I love it so much I always carry spare confetti in my camera bag, just encase.
Liverpool is the city to get married in!
St Georges Hall is an amazing building, there was so many photo opportunities, I was spoilt for choice and having such a cool and relaxed couple. Natasha's vintage Etsy wedding dress looked perfect against St Georges Hall. I loved the pop of red they both used to accessorise. Nothing’s stopping Chris & Natasha getting married!
The week before Chris & Natasha's wedding, they had to find a new reception venue! The worst news any bride and groom can receive the week before their wedding. Natasha managed to find a venue and make it her own! The colourful vintage tea cups and DIY Photo Booth backdrop looked amazing! I love seeing my talented brides create their perfect wedding decor! YAY for DIY weddings!
I absolutely loved this wedding and this couple! They broke the rules, did it their way in the ultimate DIY wedding! This DIY rainbow wedding in Liverpool is a huge inspiration to everyone feeling scared to have their wedding their way. Remember, it’s your wedding day! These two broke the rules of what a wedding should be like and had the best time doing so!
