Wow… Where do I even begin with Carly and Michael’s wedding at Castle View Farm and Stables!

This wedding has to be one of my ABSOLUTE FAVES! Carly and Michael’s wedding is the definition of sacking off traditions and having your wedding your way! I BLOODY LOVE THIS… hence all the caps lock!

A Lucy Can’t Dance wedding dress makes Carly my coolest bride ever!

When I arrived to Carly the morning of their wedding, I knew Carly was going to be bloody a bloody awesome bride! The morning was perfect for Carly, minus one little update that needed checking. Carly’s mom, dad and best mate Leanne were super supportive and made sure Carly was relaxed and enjoying her morning. Michael and the groomsmen were left to sort out the wedding details at Castle View Farm and Stables, leaving Carly to introduce me to Foo fighters Bee Gee’s Album… I’m not joking, this is real, google it! I knew Carly was going to be one bad ass bride, but when I saw her beautiful Lucy Can’t Dance dress, I was so excited I could have cried! Oh wait I did cry that morning thanks to Carly’s dad’s reaction to seeing his badd ass daughter looking incredible! Thanks Ian!

The most perfect ceremony at Castle View Farm and Stables

Carly and Michael actually had their legal wedding back in September. This meant they could have a beautiful personal ceremony with a Brenda on their wedding day! Brenda had Carly and Michael fill in a questionnaire separately to see what they would both answer. This helped her create a fun ceremony that Carly, Michael and all the guests absolutely loved! Castle View Farm and Stables was filled with so much love and laughter during this special moment of the day!

Can you even say your Castle View Farm and Stable wedding is bad ass unless you have a tattoo artist on your wedding day?!?

Your eyes are not deceiving you! Above is a photo of Carly getting tattooed on her wedding day! Yes, this is the coolest thing I have ever seen at a wedding and not gonna lie, I so wanted a tattoo! haha Castle View Farm and Stables courtyard was the perfect space for Becca to set up her tattoo studio dome! I mean, how cool does this look! Becca created a gorgeous sunflower tattoo for both Carly and Michael, what an awesome souvenir to have from your wedding!

Get yourself a live band!

Carly and Michael were not having anything traditional at their wedding! With them sharing a huge passion for music, I knew they were going to have some awesome bands! And they did! The King Brasstards were so good and so much fun! They created such a fun atmosphere whilst the guests were drinking their beers in the sun! I would definitely recommend hiring these guys to wander around your wedding playing such fun tunes!

Isn’t it the best man whose supposed to embarrass the groom?!?

After some epic food from Big D’s BBQ, it was time for speeches. Carly’s dad started off the show with a funny and highly embarrassing moment for the groom, as you can see from the shot above. I am a sucker for good speeches, seeing everyones emotions just pour out their faces, it makes for amazing shots. Carly and Michael had all their guests and family upstairs for meals and speeches at Castle View Farm and Stables and it was the perfect setting for them!

Bringing all the colours to Castle View Farm and Stables

We all know how much I love seeing beautiful colours on your wedding day! The couple had the fab Deborah come over to style their wedding at Castle View Farm and Stables. Everywhere had a cool festival meets rock and it was so Carly and Michael! This is what I love, couples really making their wedding day about them and what they love!
